New full floor 18,000 sf California corporate headquarters for Ubrands, a boutique division of Smead, the office supplies powerhouse based in Minnesota.
This creative office space was designed to provide an inspired and imaginative environment for the clients unique product design. The space is used as a showroom to meet with vendors as well as a studio to build prototypes ready for production. A fun team made this project a personal favorite.
